Service regulations

We remind you that this is a public service, which will prioritize vacancies according to the needs and different situations of each family.

  • Requesting an appointment does not mean having access to the service. You will need to wait for confirmation by phone or email in order to make use of the service, as there may be no availability for the selected schedules.
  • If the required documentation is not submitted, the service will not be accessible.
  • The service can be requested from 2 weeks before to 48 hours before, excluding emergencies that can be requested 2 hours before.
  • Punctuality is required for both entering and exiting the service.
  • Children will not be allowed to use mobile phones during the service.
  • The assigned time slots must be respected.
  • Only authorized persons may pick up children.
  • Hours of care for families are from Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • You cannot request the service or make possible changes by phone, you must use the application.
  • You can find out and/or request an APPOINTMENT from Monday to Friday; Mornings from 9:00-9:30h and afternoons from 15:30-16:00h via WhatsApp at number 722606824 or send us an email at
  • Modifications, cancellations and emergency reservations must be made on the phone 722606824 or by WhatsApp and as far in advance as possible.
