Requesting an appointment does not mean having access to the service. You will need to wait for confirmation by phone or email in order to make use of the service, as there may be no availability for the selected schedules.
If the required documentation is not submitted, the service will not be accessible.
The service can be requested from 2 weeks before to 48 hours before, excluding emergencies that can be requested 2 hours before.
Punctuality is required for both entering and exiting the service.
Children will not be allowed to use mobile phones during the service.
The assigned time slots must be respected.
Only authorized persons may pick up children.
Hours of care for families are from Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
You cannot request the service or make possible changes by phone, you must use the application.
